FP&A Lead

We’re looking for an experienced FP&A Team Lead , preferably former investment banker , to build, scale, and strategically lead the Financial Planning & Analysis function at Leadtech. This role requires a senior finance leader with strong business acumen, advanced analytical expertise, and a proven track record of financial modelling and deal management .

As an FP&A leader, this person will operate with high autonomy, taking ownership of a complex function, driving strategic initiatives, and ensuring cross‑departmental alignment with organizational objectives. They will guide their team through complex challenges, lead financial innovation, and serve as a key partner to executive leadership.
