Job Description

This position will report directly to the Head of FP&A - SSC India, and is responsible for producing business analytics, Hyperion governance and ownership of Operating Expenses for key business leaders. This individual must have the ability to learn quickly and handle flexibility with priorities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Planning & Analysis:

    Develop and maintain financial models to support Opex and revenue forecasting.Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.Prepare and present financial reports to senior management, providing insights and recommendations.

  • Operational Expense Management:

    Track and analyze Opex to ensure alignment with budgetary goals.Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement strategies to optimize operational efficiency.

  • Revenue Management:

    Analyze revenue streams and develop strategies to maximize profitability.Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align financial goals with business objectives.

  • ERP & Financial Tools:

    Utilize ERP systems to streamline financial processes and improve data accuracy.Implement and manage financial tools to enhance reporting and analysis capabilities.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:

    Work closely with various departments to gather financial data and provide support for decision-making.Foster a culture of financial accountability and transparency across the organization.

    • Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. MBA or CPA preferred.

  • Minimum of 8-10 years of strong experience in FP&A, with a focus on Opex and revenue management.

  • Proven experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and financial tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
