Overview

As an FP&A Manager at Alight, you will lead financial planning and analysis for multiple business units, driving strategic insights and enabling data-informed decisions. You will manage a team of analysts and collaborate closely with business and finance leaders to ensure financial health, agility, and performance across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Business Partnering Collaborate with business unit and finance leaders to assess risks, identify opportunities, and align financial goals.Present financial insights and recommendations to senior leadership to support strategic decisions.
