RESPONSIBILITIES

Work on unusually complex problems and provide highly innovative solutions.

Use independent judgment to accomplish goals and objectives.

Have insight into industry trends and communicate vision to guide organizational strategy and long‑term planning.

Lend research and contribute to evaluations, project plans and budgets for new products or updates to existing products.

Act as consultant on critical projects that impact long‑term organizational goals and objectives.

Lead teams, give technical guidance and communicate with senior management on progress. Identify or create solutions that contribute to new company concepts.

Expected to set standards and achieve cost targets for product cost through proper design choices, component selection or supplier selection.
