Job Description

Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering (BSEE) or a higher-level degree, or possess equivalent qualifications.
  • Minimum of 10+ years' experience in designing FPGAs, PLDs, and PCBs, showcasing a deep understanding of hardware design principles.
  • Proficiency in developing high speed and complex FPGAs, demonstrating a track record of successful FPGA projects in Airborne or Military Applications required 
  • Capable of independently conducting feasibility studies and effectively planning and executing new product development, taking into account technical, budget, and schedule constraints.
  • Adept at troubleshooting complex prototypes and products, swiftly identifying and resolving issues to maintain project momentum.
  • Ability and willingness to mentor and support junior engineers, fostering a collaborative and learning-oriented team environment.
