KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Lead and manage FPSO project personnel, ensuring clear task allocation and effective team performance.
  • Establish, maintain, and continuously optimize a fit-for-purpose FPSO project organization.
  • Provide technical and project support to the License Technical Committee (TC), including partner coordination, presentations, and accurate project status reporting.
  • Demonstrate visible leadership and a strong commitment to HSEQ excellence, ensuring full compliance with company standards, regulatory requirements, and applicable laws.
  • Lead by example in HSEQ matters, providing appropriate guidance to the team and promoting a strong safety and quality culture across project teams and contractors.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Deliver FPSO facilities in full alignment with the approved Basis of Design.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain the Project Execution Plan (PEP) for all FPSO-related activities.
  • Capture, assess, and integrate lessons learned from previous and ongoing projects into execution strategies.
  • Manage Stage Gate deliverables, ensuring timely peer assists, project reviews, and value‑improvement initiatives.
  • Oversee FPSO project execution through detailed engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, and handover to operations.
  • Ensure Asset Integrity verification scopes and documentation are clearly defined, agreed, and executed in a timely manner.
  • Participate in and support execution of the Project Quality and Assurance Plan.
  • In collaboration with Procurement, define and manage the procurement strategy and tendering process, ensuring appropriate subsea discipline involvement in technical and commercial evaluations.
  • Support the Management of Change process, including engineering reviews and assessment of change proposals and variation orders.
  • Participate in project risk workshops, proactively identifying risks and tracking mitigation actions.
  • Prepare and deliver technical, progress, and performance reports to support management and joint venture decision‑making.
  • Manage project budgets within assigned scope and authority.
  • Ensure timely and structured handover of completed facilities, including LCI documentation and operational procedures, and support start‑up and initial production activities.
  • Coordinate closely with Subsurface, Operations, HSE, Drilling & Wells, Regulatory, and Commercial teams to ensure aligned delivery in accordance with the FDP.
  • Manage interfaces and technical integration in close coordination with the Technical Integration Manager.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant engineering discipline.
  • Extensive experience in facilities design, construction, and completion within the oil and gas industry.
  • Proven track record delivering FPSO projects in a senior project leadership role.
