Fragrances Maintenance Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES

As our Fragrances Maintenance Manager, you are responsible to lead the daily preventive and corrective maintenance operations at the fragrance packaging department at the plant.

Your main focus:

  • Responsible of the people management and organization on a weekly basis, lead a team of 60 technicians.

  • Maintenance leader of PKG + MKG

  • Management of the top 5 priorities of the plant, in a daily basis.

  • Mandatory yearly training plan management.

  • Daily / Weekly DDS of priority lines.

  • Monthly review of 100% of packing lines performance.

  • Fragrances PM DMS pillar owner.

  • Weekly follow up of PM KPI’s. (BD + % PM)

  • Workshop / Spare Parts management. (+2 insides)

  • Machine safety owner for Granollers site. LOTO leader.

  • SOP new machinery PM plan.

  • Assets management.

  • Fragrances CAPEX and OVH management account.

  • Maintenance Budget FY creation

  • Production administrator management, hiring people management and FTE budget control.

  • Maintenance CR360 management.

  • Task force assistance for priority lines.

    The team consists of a Corrective Coordinator and a Preventive Coordinator, 6 Shift coordinators and around 60 mechanics.

    YOU ARE A COTY FIT

    You like to figure out and solve problems. As an experienced Maintenance Manager you are result oriented and you get energy from working in a fast-paced, diverse and international environment. Other than that, you:

  • Technical degree in industrial engineering or maintenance fields.

  • Previous experience of at least 2 years in a similar position in the Industrial sector (pharmacy, food, cosmetics, automotive).

  • Leadership experience: Communication and coordination capacity and experience.

  • Analytical thinking

  • Capability of work and lead autonomously.

  • Good command of English language and Spanish advanced needed.
