Join our team as a Carpenter, working with a small team on multi-family construction projects. Your role will involve building walls, backframing, framing return air, installing man doors, knocking down walls, and performing basic general labor duties.
**Responsibilities**
Build walls, backframe, and frame return air.
Install man doors and knock down walls.
Perform basic general labor duties.
Maintain schedule requirements and project timelines.
**Essential Skills**
3+ years of experience in framing or residential carpentry.
Proficiency in framing, construction, and rough carpentry.
Experience with tape measures and door installation.
Ability to lead a small team of framers and laborers.
Experience in commercial construction and finish carpentry.
Knowledge of drywall installation.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
Lead hand experience.
Cribbing experience.
