We are seeking passionate and dynamic French-speaking travel advisors who are dedicated to providing exceptional service to customers looking to book their dream trips.


Key Responsibilities

  • Assist French-speaking customers with their travel inquiries via phone, email, and online chat.
  • Provide detailed information about travel options, accommodations, and services offered by Booking.com.
  • Help clients with bookings, modifications, and cancellations, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience.
  • Gather customer feedback and provide insights to improve service quality.
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance workflows and customer satisfaction.
  • Stay updated on travel trends and Booking.com’s offerings to provide expert advice to clients.

Requirements

  • Fluency in French (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is a plus.
  • Previous experience in customer service or a travel consultancy role is preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on customer engagement.
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple inquiries effectively.
  • Proficiency in using computer systems and CRM software.
  • A proactive mindset with excellent problem-solving abilities.
