We're Hiring: Franchise Sales Manager

Open Positions: 20 Male and Female Candidates

Location: Gurgaon, Haryana

Shift: General Shift | Working Days: 6 Days/Week

Compensation: Attractive Incentive Structure (Target-Based)

Key Responsibilities:

Share product/service details and convert leads into confirmed sales

Follow up with clients and maintain strong, long-term relationships

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

Maintain accurate sales records and update CRM systems regularly

Ensure a professional and confident approach in all client interactions

Candidate Requirements:

Male and Female candidates are welcome to apply

Freshers and professionals with up to 56 years of experience may apply

Must be a graduate (minimum qualification)

Strong communication skills in Hindi and English

Should be target-driven, self-motivated, presentable, and committed to full-time

work
