Role Overview
As a Fraud Prevention Analyst, you will play a critical role in detecting, analyzing, and preventing fraudulent activities while ensuring a seamless customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and analyze transactions to identify potential fraud risks
Investigate suspicious activities and take appropriate action
Maintain accurate documentation and reports
Work closely with internal teams to mitigate fraud and reduce losses
Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards
Desired Skills & Experience:
Graduate/Undergraduate with relevant experience
Experience in fraud prevention, risk management, or backend operations preferred
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and decision-making abilities
Willingness to work in rotational shifts
