Fraud Specialist

Overview

The Fraud analyst will be responsible for monitoring and reviewing E-Commerce sales data on a daily basis, identifying any trends and patterns of fraud and credit card misuse.

Position responsibilities and daily tasks

• Monitor and review e-commerce incoming sales orders and accounts to identify any suspicious activity for potential fraud
• Approve or cancel sales orders in accordance with pre-established guidelines
• Conduct research utilizing online tools and searches
• Identify and investigate any trends and patterns of fraud or credit card misuse
• Keep up to date on new fraud trends
• Identify system improvements to prevent fraudulent activities
• Respond to customer chargebacks
• Perform administrative and clerical tasks upon request, such as filing, following up on email correspondence, and data entry
• Work across multiple payment processing platforms
