Freedom Lifemap (FLM) is a digital platform co-created with survivors that helps people identify their strengths and vulnerabilities, set goals and prioritize their needs, and connect with individualized care. Scalable and adaptable for global access, FLM is building a path toward healing and freedom for all.

As FLM Platform Support & Project Coordinator , you will be the bridge between users, partners, the EverFree FLM team, and our engineering partners at DrivenData. You'll lead issue triage, facilitate feedback loops, and translate insights from users, partners, and technical teams into clear requirements. Your work will ensure the platform stays stable, responsive, and deeply human while scaling thoughtfully across regions, languages, and communities.
