Freelance Content & Social Growth Operator

15–25h/week | Remote

Mr.MojoFx designs and fabricates fun, quirky, high-quality accessories for musicians, producers, DJs, and pedalboard enthusiasts.

Born from a deep love for music and gear culture, the brand focuses on small-batch products that combine function, personality, and strong visual identity.

We're a young brand with growing traction, positive customer feedback, and early interest from musicians and industry partners.

Now we're looking for someone to help us grow our online presence and community.

The role

We're looking for a hands-on content & social growth operator, not just someone who schedules posts.

You'll create, edit, publish, and track short-form content across Instagram (primary), YouTube

Shorts, and TikTok (staged rollout). You'll also manage community engagement, influencer outreach, and light ad boosting.

This is a freelance, remote role with real ownership and room to grow alongside the brand.

What you'll own

  • Planning short-form content based on brand guidelines and monthly priorities

  • Shooting and editing short-form video content using our products (phone-quality is fine)

  • Publishing consistently and repurposing content across platforms

  • Managing engagement (comments, DMs, community interaction)

  • Identifying and reaching out to creators, influencers, and ambassadors

  • Helping set up and grow TikTok and YouTube presence over time

About you

  • Strong short-form content and social media experience

  • Comfortable shooting and editing content independently

  • Organised, proactive, and self-sufficient

  • Excellent English

  • Must genuinely love music and gear (musician, producer, DJ, or gear nerd is a big plus)
