Key Responsibilities
Prospect and engage clients for public and in-house training programmes
Drive sales conversations from initial contact to course confirmation
Promote leadership, management, people, and professional skills courses
Build and maintain client relationships
Coordinate with internal teams on course details, pricing, and schedules
B2B Sales Requirements (Corporate Clients)
Applicants applying for B2B sales must meet one of the following:
Option 1: With Existing Corporate Network
Have direct access to HR leaders, business owners, or decision-makers
Able to activate existing contacts and convert opportunities
Option 2: Without Existing Network
Willing and prepared to perform direct sales outreach, including:
Cold calls and emails
Physical door-knocking at SME offices
Persistent follow-ups
Comfortable handling rejection and long sales cycles
This is not a referral-only or inbound-leads role.
B2C Sales Scope
Promote public courses and individual enrolments
Engage individuals through direct outreach, referrals, and personal networks
Suitable for candidates with community, professional, or learner networks
Requirements
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated and disciplined
Comfortable with commission-based work
Prior experience in training, education, HR, recruitment, or sales is an advantage
