We are seeking a Senior Digital Transformation & Organizational Change Management Lead to act as the internal counterpart and strategic partner to our selected service provider for the Chameleon transformation program.
The Lead will also oversee the OCM activities specifically related to our ITSM transformation from BMC Remedy/ Helix to ServiceNow. In addition, he/she will also work with the Digital Change Manager community to ensure alignment across DT project portfolio and the strategic digital transformation program.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing complex IT projects, particularly those involving ITSM platforms such as ServiceNow and BMC Remedy/Helix, SIAM and ITIL.
