We’re looking to build a pool of Freelance Event Managers / Show Reps to support the delivery of our live events across Canada.

This is a flexible freelance role, ideal for those with existing event experience or individuals looking to gain hands-on experience and build a career within the live events industry.

You’ll be responsible for coordinating the show on the day and ensuring everything runs smoothly on-site, working from detailed run sheets and advance information provided by our office team.

• Acting as the on-site representative for the event
• Coordinating performers, entertainment teams, and event staff
• Ensuring arrivals are on time for sound checks and show times
