Freelance Facilitator - Soft/Behavioral Skills

We are looking to onboard experienced freelance facilitators to deliver practical, application-oriented workplace skills training for employees of a growing organization.

This is a temporary, project-based engagement, not a full-time role.

The sessions are designed to change on-the-job behavior, not just deliver content.

As a facilitator, you will deliver interactive training sessions focused on improving:

• Productivity and structured thinking
• Responsible use of tools like ChatGPT and Excel (where applicable)
