Ecosure is a division ofEcolaband a global leader in food safety and brand protection. We are currently seeking afreelance auditor in the Bielefeld area, Germany.
As a Food Safety & Brand Standard Auditor, you will support food service brands by conducting on-site audits and training to ensure compliance with standards in food safety, hygiene, guest experience, and brand protection.
Your responsibilities will include:
Conducting food safety, brand standard, and health & safety audits at client sites
Providing coaching and training to clients on food safety and hygiene best practices
Reporting accurately and maintaining strong client communication
Applying industry-leading knowledge and monitoring practices
We are looking for candidates who:
Speak fluent German
Hold afood safety qualification
Willing to travel in the nearby region
Haveexperience in food safety auditing
Have avalid driving license and own a car
Preferred skills and experience:
Food safety certifications such asHACCP, ISO22000
Experience in retail food safety and brand standard audits
Ability tocoach and consultin food-related settings
Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
Comfortable working independently with good judgment and problem-solving skills
Able to manage multiple tasks under time pressure
