We are seeking an experienced Freelance HR Operations professional to build and set up HR operations from scratch for a growing company. If you have successfully designed HR systems, processes, and policies in fast-paced or startup environments, we would like to connect with you.

Role Overview:

As a Freelance HR Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for establishing the complete HR foundation, ensuring compliance, scalability, and smooth people operations from day one.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up end-to-end HR operations from scratch
• Design and implement HR policies, SOPs, and employee handbook
• Establish onboarding and offboarding processes
• Manage payroll coordination, attendance, leave, and HRIS setup
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements
• Create performance management and appraisal frameworks
• Act as a strategic HR partner to leadership

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in HR Operations
• Proven experience setting up HR systems for startups or new organizations
• Strong knowledge of Spanish labor laws, compliance, and HR best practices
• Ability to work independently and deliver with minimal supervision
• Excellent communication and documentation skills
• Prior freelance or consulting experience is a plus
