Freelance- Infrastructure Manager

Our client, a leading technology solutions provider for suppliers, distributors, bottlers, and retailers in the beverage industry, is looking to engage an experienced Infrastructure Manager to oversee and support their enterprise IT environment.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Manage and support core IT infrastructure, including firewalls, routers, VPNs, Windows/Linux servers, and virtual environments to ensure high system availability.
• Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot network devices and server infrastructure while handling critical incidents and preventive maintenance.
• Administer Active Directory, Okta, and user access controls, ensuring strong identity management and endpoint security practices.
• Provide end-user support such as laptop provisioning, software installation, issue resolution, and asset management.
