About The Role:

15–20 hrs/week | Remote | Start: April 1, 2026

We are looking for a freelance specialist to support local partnerships, content quality, and operational workflows for our eCommerce activities in the Netherlands and Dutch-speaking Belgium.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Support partnership and publisher placements (affiliate collaborations, editorials, product highlights)

  • Coordinate timelines, assets, partner communication, and go‑live checks

  • Handle creator seeding (orders, shipment tracking, confirmations)

  • Support promo code rollouts, admin workflows, and invoice/contract follow-up
