Job Description

Manage end-to-end recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and candidate assessment

Proactively source qualified candidates using job portals, social media, referrals, and other channels

Liaise confidently and professionally with clients and candidates

Conduct candidate interviews and provide recommendations to clients

Deliver high-quality recruitment services to meet client requirements

Prepare recruitment reports accurately and in a timely manner

Brief and guide new hires to support their onboarding and assimilation process

Conduct business presentations and client meetings when required

Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, clients, and candidates

Work independently while managing multiple vacancies in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
