Freelance recruiter blue collar

We're looking for a recruiter for blue collar workers (potentially also white collar) to support the team at our customer. Long-term cooperation is intended.

Skills and experience:

• Senior profiles
  • min 5-7yrs experience as recruiter (!), not as HRBP, HR Officer, sales, coach,
• Somebody who can work independently and dont need daily guidance
• Experience with blue collar & white collar workers, preferably in a similar environment.
• Experience with Testing tools & ATS-systems, Succesfactors
• Primary location is Hoboken, occasional on Olen-site (1 of the contractors will have to go regular to Olen as well).
  • No candidates who live too far from Hoboken
• Target rate is 80€/hr incl. msp-fee, limited flexibility on the rate.
