We are Uvvo, a dynamic startup specializing in connecting qualified Ukrainian refugees with companies seeking skilled professionals. We are currently seeking a motivated and results-driven Freelance Sales Representative to join our team on a commission-only basis. This role offers the flexibility of freelance work with earnings directly tied to your performance.


Tasks



  • Identify and engage potential clients to promote our services.​

  • Negotiate and finalize contracts with new clients.​

  • Maintain relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.


Requirements



  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in a freelance or commission-based role.​

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.​

  • Self-motivated and able to work independently.​

  • Access to necessary tools and resources to perform sales activities remotely.​

Compensation:



  • Per Signed Contract: €246 per client contract signed.

  • Ongoing Commission: 10% of all payments made by each client you bring to the company.

Project X team consists of young and skilled programmers and researchers. Our priority courses are computer graphics, machine learning and low-level programming. We are following the two main tasks: creating freeware software and getting valuable experience.
