Freelance SCORM Developer (5–10 Years Experience)

We are looking for an experienced Freelance SCORM Developer with strong visual storyboarding skills (5–10 years) to support our learning and media projects on a project-to-project basis.

• Develop visual storyboards for video-based and digital learning modules
• Build and package SCORM-compliant e-learning modules using tools such as Articulate Storyline, Rise, or similar authoring tools
• Review and audit motion graphics videos for design quality, visual flow, branding adherence, and content accuracy
• Collaborate closely with instructional designers, animators, and developers to ensure visual and instructional consistency
• Provide clear, structured design feedback to enhance animation quality and overall visual output
