The company:
Our client is a dynamic Main Contractor specialising across a multitude of sectors including, Commercial, Retail, Industrial and Education projects across the Midlands with projects typically ranging between £20m to £100m in contract values.

They are currently seeking an experienced Freelance Senior/ Quantity Surveyor with a strong background in Main Contracting to assist their commercial team through the below project.

The role:
The client is looking for a Freelance Senior/ Quantity surveyor to join a £80 million contract, working on the construction of a brand-new shopping centre within the West Midlands area. The project is expected to last at least 24 months and commences at the beginning of January 2026.
