While our trainers previously travelled nationwide for in-person sessions, post-pandemic client preferences have shifted toward regional/local trainers.Who Were Looking For:Minimum 10 years of corporate experience before transitioning into freelance training.At least 5 years of freelancing experience in corporate training.Expertise in Delivering Training on Topics Like: Business Communication Interpersonal Skills Conflict Management Presentation Skills First-Time Managers Campus to Corporate Leadership Development Selling Skills Customer Centricity Individual Effectiveness Negotiation & Influencing Team Building & CollaborationPreferred Locations:Chennai, Hyderabad, Pune, Mumbai, Nashik, Delhi, Kolkata, Gurugram, Vadodara, Noida, Ahmedabad. (Trainers with multiple base locations will have an added advantage.)Note: Trainers will be responsible for their own local conveyance and accommodation expenses.Interested?
