Blazel is looking for a freelance social video editor to turn long-form interviews and podcast recordings into high-performing short-form videos and reels for LinkedIn.

This role is all about editorial judgment and execution: identifying the most compelling moments from long-form conversations and shaping them into concise, engaging video clips that resonate with a professional audience. You’ll work autonomously, move quickly, and help define how our clients voice shows up on LinkedIn.

We’re looking for someone who understands pacing, storytelling, and what makes people stop scrolling in a professional feed.
