Job Description
The ADI North America leadership team is seeking an Operations Specialist to join our growing team which addresses key strategic areas of Transportation operations for ADI. You will be responsible for driving data collection, process mapping, and financial data analysis, to help achieve value drivers and improvement initiatives. In this role, you will directly impact the cost control of all transportation related operations within the ADI network.
**JOB DUTIES**:
- Review and monitor vendor and customer compliance programs
- Utilize metrics to drive continuous improvement with respect to transportation costs, demurrage and other accessorial expenses and carrier performance
- Maintain weekly/monthly carrier scorecard and performance reports
- Oversees the accurate and timely processing, monitoring, and reporting of carrier expense transactions
