We are seeking a dedicated and organised Logistics Coordinator to join our team. This individual will play a key role in managing the efficient movement of goods across our supply chain, ensuring timely delivery, cost-effective operations, and the coordination of transportation, inventory, and documentation. The Logistics Coordinator will work closely with our clients, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure a seamless flow of operations.Key Responsibilities:Shipment Coordination: Organize and schedule shipments, ensuring they meet deadlines and customer requirements. Monitor all shipments and keep stakeholders informed on their progress.Transportation Management: Coordinate with third-party carriers to arrange transportation for goods and materials. Ensure proper routing and optimize shipping schedules for cost efficiency.Inventory Management: Track and maintain inventory levels to ensure availability of products while minimizing excess stock. Update inventory systems to reflect real-time stock levels.Documentation & Compliance: Prepare and review shipping documents such as bills of lading, invoices, and customs declarations. Ensure compliance with . regulations and international trade laws.Problem-Solving: Address issues related to shipments, including delays, damages, or discrepancies. Resolve these issues promptly to maintain customer satisfaction.Customer Service: Communicate with customers to provide updates on shipment status, address concerns, and resolve any issues relatedto logistics and deliveries.Data Entry & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of shipments, inventory levels, and any issues or delays. Prepare and present regular reports on logistics performance to management.Qualifications:Education: High school diploma or equivalent required and bachelors degreeExperience: 6 months to 1 yearSkills:Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.Proficiency with logistics software
