We are looking for a dedicated and well-structured Freight Forwarder whose main responsibility will be to coordinate and arrange transportation of ship spare parts worldwide. The role involves close cooperation with customers, suppliers, and agents, and is well suited for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with responsibility and varied tasks.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and organize global transportation of ship spare parts
• Communicate with customers, suppliers, and international agents
• Book transport directly where appropriate
• Coordinate shipments through agents when this is the most efficient solution
• Follow up on deliveries, documentation, and shipment progress
• Ensure quality, accuracy, and strong customer communication throughout the process
