About the role
As a Freight Customer Service Executive with CGR Logistics Pte. Ltd., you will be responsible for providing high‑quality customer service and support to our freight forwarding clients. This full‑time role is based in the East Region and will involve handling customer inquiries, coordinating freight shipments, and ensuring efficient and timely delivery of goods.
What you'll be doing
- Responding to customer inquiries and providing solutions in a timely and professional manner
- Coordinating the shipment of freight, including booking transportation, tracking shipments, and providing updates to customers
- Coordinate trucking and unstuffing of containers, and our own delivery fleet
- Handling customer complaints and resolving issues to maintain strong client relationships
