Freight Forwarder- Aerospace & Defence

DSV are recruiting for a Freight Forwarder on a fixed term contract of 12 months to cover a maternity leave. This role will support our day-to-day operations supporting both existing and new customers.

The successful candidate will:

• Work within a well-established department handling both imports / exports, they will report into their supervisor and aim to achieve monthly targets and KPI’s.
• The candidate must have strong knowledge of air freight operationally. Knowledge of road freight is favourable but not a requirement.

What will you be doing?

• Dealing with time-sensitive shipments – both Import and Export
• Assisting with Data Quality elements of the department
• Looking after the P&L responsibility to ensure monthly budget and KPI’s are hit
