Job Description

Primary Focus Areas

  • Evaluate air and ocean pricing by origin - destination, weight breaks, service levels, and carrier structures to identify inefficiencies, anomalies, and optimization opportunities.
  • Benchmarking & Market Intelligence: Compare current pricing against market benchmarks, historical trends, and peer data to assess competitiveness and volatility; especially for Heavy Airfreight and Asia–Europe ocean lanes.
  • Savings Identification & Quantification: Identify, quantify, and support execution of pricing-driven savings opportunities through service-level optimization, lane rationalization, and market-aligned pricing strategies.
  • Data & Reporting: Develop clear, defensible pricing analyses, dashboards, and summaries that support procurement, commercial, and leadership decisions.
