What you’ll be doing

• Providing exceptional customer service by responding promptly and effectively to customer inquiries and requests
• Coordinating the logistics of freight forwarding operations, including tracking shipments, arranging transportation, and liaising with various stakeholders
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of customer information, shipment details, and other important documentation
• Identifying and resolving any issues or concerns that may arise during the freight forwarding process
