The Export Coordinator will be responsible for the day-to-day coordination of ocean export shipments, communicating with customers and vendors, monitoring shipment schedules, and ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

- Coordinate all activities related to pick up cargo from any point in the USA and delivery to the ports of export, Request Bookings, AES filing, export Documentation I.E. MBL, HBL, Dock Receipts, Commercial Invoices, etc...
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office ...
