As we continue our global expansion, we're looking for an experienced Ocean & Air Import/Export Specialist to join our Cancún team.
What You'll Do
Coordinate Shipments: Manage full-cycle ocean (FCL/LCL) and air import/export shipments, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
Booking & Tracking: Secure cargo bookings and track shipments from origin to destination, keeping all stakeholders informed.
Documentation: Prepare and review essential shipping documents (B/L, AWB, Packing Lists, Certificates of Origin).
Customs Compliance: Ensure adherence to customs regulations and international trade laws; collaborate with brokers for smooth clearance.
Client Communication: Serve as the primary contact for clients, carriers, and agents, providing proactive and professional support.
