What You Will Be Doing

• Operational Coordination
  • Oversee and manage export shipments, working closely with customers, overseas agents, shippers, and carriers to ensure smooth end-to-end coordination.
  • Arrange container bookings, pickups, and vessel sailings in alignment with customer requirements and internal timelines.
  • Prepare and coordinate key export documents such as Bills of Lading (BL), export permits, commercial invoices (INV), and Debit Notes (DN).
  • Manage shipment pre-alerts and ensure timely submission of documentation in compliance with international trade regulations.
