Freight Operations Executive

Job Scope:

• Manage daily freight operations covering Ocean, Air, and Road Freight, including cross-trade shipments
• Plan and coordinate shipments such as FCL, LCL, Air, Breakbulk, and haulage arrangements
• Prepare and submit customs declarations and clearance documentation
• Coordinate closely with internal departments to ensure timely shipment execution
• Communicate with customers, overseas agents, and overseas offices to manage shipment requirements
• Source freight rates, prepare competitive quotations, and follow up through to successful closure
• Address shipment issues, customer complaints, and disputes professionally
• Monitor billing accuracy and ensure timely invoicing
