Freight Payment Analyst (Temporal)

In this role you will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely financial processing, reporting, and reconciliation across the North America (NAM) Region, enabling strong business partnering between Finance and Transportation Operations. Your day‑to‑day responsibilities will include:

• Manage Weekly CASS Load for all Mexico entities, ensuring all files are validated, accurately uploaded, and aligned with tax, PO budget, and mapping requirements.
• Own the consolidation of PO budget reclassifications, ensuring entries are properly classified and aligned with financial reporting standards.
• Perform monthly accruals and financial reviews for multiple legal entities, collaborating with controllers, accounting teams, transportation, and AP for data validation.
