 Answer inbound chat, covering a full range of Clients products and services including obtaining all information necessary for resolution.

  • Be knowledgeable of all Client marketing initiatives and effectively communicate promotions to customers.

  • All other duties as assigned

  • Follow standard processes and procedures;

  • Identify and escalate priority issues per Client specifications;

  • Redirect problems to appropriate resource;

  • Offer alternative solutions where appropriate with the objective of retaining customers and client’s business;

  • Follow up and make scheduled callbacks to customers where necessary;
  • Job Qualifications:

  • Effective French oral & writing communication skills.

  • Excellent customer service skills and great enthusiasm for helping customers

  • Must be able to prioritize and complete all job duty requirements
