Role: Customer Support Specialist- French Speaking

In this role, you will provide an excellent customer service and work closely with medical professionals and sales representatives

handling all customer service-related activities.

Responsibilities and tasks

  • Communicate directly with customers either by telephone or electronically
  • Handle and resolve customer complaints
  • Provide pricing and delivery information
  • Process orders, forms, applications and requests
  • Communicate and coordinate with internal departments
  • Skills and Competencies

  • Fluent German (min B2) and French(min C1) and English (min B2)
  • Experience in customer support or order management role
  • Good computer skills with experience using Excel, Word, Outlook
