Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer support to French-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
- Assist passengers with inquiries regarding flight bookings, cancellations, and modifications.
- Effectively handle and resolve customer complaints and issues professionally.
- Stay knowledgeable about the airline's services, policies, and updates to deliver accurate information.
- Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with colleagues and other teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Participate in continuous training initiatives to enhance skills and service quality.
Requirements
- Fluency in French and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Prior experience in customer service, preferably in the airline or tourism industry.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-centric approach to service.
- Ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in customer service software and Microsoft Office applications.
