Your responsibilities and impact as a B2B Customer Support Agent will be:
Providing top-tier B2B customer support by assisting business clients with inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and offering tailored solutions.
Engaging with clients to ensure timely and effective resolution of concerns while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
Delivering excellent personalized service via communication channels including Phone, Email, and/or Chat.
