Tech Support / Helpdesk Support Technician 

Location: Portugal

Work-from-home – must be based in Portugal

Introduction

We are hiring French-speaking Tech Support and Helpdesk Technicians to support users of a financial and accounting platform. This is a remote role, but candidates must be based in Portugal.

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical and helpdesk support

  • Troubleshoot software and system issues

  • Support users with platform-related questions

  • Document incidents and resolutions

Requirements

  • Fluency in French

  • Good English skills

  • Technical or helpdesk experience

  • Experience with mySQL is necessary

  • Ability to work remotely from Portugal
