Job Description

Skills required:

  • Fluent in French and English reading, writing, and speaking.
  • Basic understanding of telecommunication industry, specifically towards fiber planning and design.

About the Role:

  • Translation of technical documents and input Emails & queries from the Team
  • Managing technical communication with Customer in  French.
  • Sending mails after crosschecking with the production team.
  • Sharing workload within the on/offshore coordination teams and taking over responsibility with experience.

You'll Need:

  •  French C1 from Max Muller Bhavan /Goethe Zentrum or equivalent fluency/experience.
  • English C1 or equivalent fluency/experience.
  • Have 2+ years of work experience in customer communication
