Fresh Food Manager – Limerick

Excel Recruitment are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Fresh Food Manager to join our client’s team in Limerick.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering excellent customer service, a strong understanding of Fresh food operations, and the ability to lead a team to success.

Salary: €45k – €50k

Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing day-to-day operations of the fresh food department in store , including staffing, inventory management, and customer service

  • Training and supervising staff to ensure high-quality service and adherence to company policies and procedures

  • Developing and implementing strategies to drive sales and increase profitability

  • Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards in accordance with health and safety regulations

  • Handling customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional and timely manner...
