about the rolethis pivotal role offers an experienced finance professional an unparalleled opportunity to shape and direct the financial and operational reporting for one of the largest projects in the real estate sector. working directly with the cfo, you will take full ownership of our monthly information system (mis) reports for both internal management review and external stakeholders, including our financial institution partners. your work will be integral to monitoring and achieving our project targets, identifying early warning signs, and advising senior leadership on corrective actions to ensure project success.key responsibilities monthly mis reporting:prepare and deliver comprehensive mis reports by the 10th of each month, covering actual vs. business plan comparisons, sales, collections, price realisation, overdues, variance analysis, and forecasts.qualifications & skills: chartered accountant, fresher done article ship in auditing firms. having knowledge of accounts & mis reporting, proficiency in tally, excel (advanced), and erp accounting software preferred. strong analytical skills. excellent communication and interpersonal skills. ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment.candidate requirements financial reporting and project mis management, budgets, forecasts, and variances. strong understanding of construction cost management, and cost control with budgetary tools
