Roles & Responsibilities:

Recruitment & Selection (Job posting, screening, scheduling interviews).

Employee Onboarding & Documentation.

Attendance, Leave & Payroll support.

Maintain HR records and employee database.

Assist in Training & Development programs.

Employee engagement activities organize karna.

Support management in HR policies & compliance.

Requirements:

Graduate/Postgraduate in HR/Management or related field.

Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.

Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Ability to handle multiple tasks.

Fresher ya 1–2 years HR experience preferred.
